This project aimed to enhance the search functionality within the FireTV ecosystem by leveraging AI to provide more personalized and accurate content recommendations. As 1 of 3 Designers, I worked closely with engineers, researchers, voice designers, and product managers to design and prototype an intuitive search interface, focusing on delivering relevant results in fewer steps. The project emphasized improving the overall user experience through smart, context-aware search capabilities.

About
In this project, I led the design effort to integrate ShopRunner's sign-up process directly into Microsoft Edge’s Shopping browser capabilities. The goal was to create a frictionless user experience, leveraging Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for quick and easy account creation. My work focused on simplifying the user flow and incorporating ShopRunner branding to improve brand visibility and user acquisition through free shipping and returns. By collaborating closely with the Microsoft Edge team, I ensured the design was scalable and aligned with long-term goals for both Microsoft and ShopRunner.

As 1 of 2 designers, I focused on deals optimization for FedEx’s e-commerce mobile site. Working closely with 1 Product Manager, I developed new features like deals stories and interactive animations, contributing to product strategy and refining the user experience to increase engagement in innovative and fun ways.
